    Are you looking for a way to bring your remote team together? We can provide an engaging and meaningful online experience that is customized to meet your group’s needs. Our online experiences offer opportunities for participants to get to know each other better as well as engage in challenges designed to connect to the workplace.

  • In-person team building

    Does the idea of a trust fall make you cringe? Us too! We offer programming that is accessible to all. Whether you are an introvert who is easily overwhelmed with interaction or you love small talk with strangers, we’ve got you in mind!

    While designed to be fun, our in person experiences are intentional and provide opportunities for meaningful discussions that translate to a positive impact among colleagues.

  • DISC/ 5 Behaviors

    If you are looking to do some deeper team development, we offer virtual and in-person experiences around the DiSC Assessment and the Five Behaviors of a Team (based on Lencioni’s book “The Five Dysfunctions of a Team”).

    These assessments offer deeper insights into the preferences and tendencies of the individuals and gives guidance on how to interact with each other most effectively based on the results.
