As a trainer, facilitator, and author, Jon has worked full time since 2007 facilitating leadership trainings, professional development and team building experiences at a local non-profit organization in Memphis, TN.

With an undergraduate degree in Special Education and over 15 years in the field of experiential education, Jon is passionate about providing inclusive experiences to all participants, regardless of ability. He is also a certified practitioner of the DiSC Assessment and the Five Behaviors of a Team.

With an Undergraduate degree in Business, a Master's degree in Experiential Education, a Project Management Professional, and multiple risk management certifications, Brandon specializes in process improvement and curriculum development. Brandon has accumulated over 5000 hours of facilitation and over 500 hours of training in his 12 years at a local nonprofit in Memphis.
